Prince Alwaleed bin Talal sell Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta - Prince Alwaleed bin Talal to sell the entire ownership of the Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta and Movenpick Dar es Salaam in Tanzania with a value of U.S. $ 93 million, or about Rp837 billion.

As reported Arab News, Prince Alwaleed completed two transactions in the fourth quarter of 2011 "This transaction marks the beginning of a new step to realize the Kingdom Hotel value of its investments," says Alwaleed. CEO of Kingdom Hotel SARMAD Zok admitted quite pleased with the increased investment in both the hotel. According to him, this shows a good performance for our shareholders. "We will continue to meralisasikan increase in value of investments in 2012," said SARMAD.
Alwaleed to buy Four Seasons Jakarta in July 2007. At that time the hotel is located on Jalan HR Rasuna Said, Setia Budi, Jakarta, named Regent. The investment value was U.S. $ 48 million.
